EC Culinary Arts

Welcome to EC Culinary, the Culinary Arts Program at East Chambers High School, where students learn to lead with skill, creativity, and confidence in the kitchen.

Our students develop real-world culinary skills as they learn food safety, knife techniques, cooking fundamentals, and the foundations of professional kitchen operations. We proudly use the National Restaurant Association ProStart Program, giving students access to industry-level training and certifications. Through hands-on experience and career-focused coursework, our culinary students gain the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in restaurants, hospitality, and beyond.
